About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a thorough knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to work with accuracy under deadlines.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accuracy of all financial data.

Prepare and maintain ledgers, trial balances, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets.

Handle accounts payable and receivable.

Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.

Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.

Process payroll and maintain employee expense records.
-
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Support management with financial reports and insights for decision-making.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (CA/ICWA/CS/CPA preferred but not mandatory).

Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.

Solid understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.

Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).

Strong knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office tools.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
